Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Sales Associate located in Mechanicaville, Virginia. In this role, you will assist customers with a wide range of services, including shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, processing shipping transactions, providing knowledge on various services, managing inventory, and offering personalized solutions to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will ensure that customer interactions deliver an exceptional experience, support store operations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills for engaging with customers and identifying their needs
- Knowledge or experience in sales, retail, or business services to provide effective product recommendations
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with basic computer and printing operations, such as input, troubleshooting, and using point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in the retail or service sector is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new services, processes, and technologies
