The Role: Retail Sales Associate
As a Store Associate, you are the face of our location. You won’t just be ringing up stamps; you’ll be helping small business owners ship their products, helping neighbors digitize old memories, and ensuring every package is packed to survive a journey across the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Logistics: Process shipping shipments (UPS, of course!), handle postal services, and manage mailboxes.
- Expert Packing: Use our specialized techniques to pack fragile or high-value items securely.
- Print & Document Services: Assist customers with printing, binding, laminating, and faxing.
- Problem Solving: Help customers find the most efficient and cost-effective ways to get their tasks done.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour.
- Professional Development: We value growth! Once you complete your training and successfully become a Commissioned Notary Public, your pay will automatically increase to $15.00 per hour. (We will guide you through the certification process!)

- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, printers, and basic computer software.
- Reliable: You show up on time and ready to dive into the day’s tasks.
- Physical Ability: You can stand for extended periods and are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old (required for Notary eligibility).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
