Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Associate at The UPS Store, located in Dallas, GA. Associates will be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional service, and handling a variety of tasks such as packaging shipments, processing mail, operating printing and faxing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role also includes accurately processing financial transactions and supporting customers with products and services offered in-store.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Basic knowledge of operating postal and business equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail for accurate handling of financial transactions and packaging
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent education; prior experience in retail or shipping services is a plus
