Customer Service Associate - THE UPS STORE CARROLLTON

• The UPS Store is currently seeking for a mature professional candidate with excellent communication skills, who enjoys working with customers and is good with multitask and strong sales background.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work 25-30 hours a week, including rotating Sundays, understands and delivers world class customer service to walk in and telephone customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's needs and up-sell and cross-sell solutions from our Product and Services offerings
• Hiring for the following shifts:
• Responsibilities include: Assisting customers in making copies/prints, shipping, up selling and cross selling.
• Learn and operate our Point of Sale (POS) software and Counter Manifest System (CMS).
• Resolve everyday Customer Service issues. Answering phone calls. Up-selling and cross-selling.
• Must be good at multitasking, organized and detail oriented.
• Have excellent work ethics
• Maintaining cleanliness in the store. Follow rules and regulations set by your manager. Cooperate in the fulfillment of Saturday's work schedule.
• Willingness to become a public notary.
• Other requirements might be added by your manager.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• PRINTING and GRAPHIC Designing skills are not required but a HUGE PLUS

Required Skills: Basic Computer skills, Understanding of operating copiers, ability to multi task and provide world class customer experience to our customers.
PLUS for the job - Advanced printing skills, Spanish speaking, prior work experience at Fedex/office Depot/The UPS Store, entry level experience with indesign/Photoshop, and Notary Public commission.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge and understanding of all major color graphics software programs.

Preferred Experience: At least 2 years in the retail sales space.
