Requirements & Responsibilities
- Must have or be able to obtain access to Fort Hood
- Must have open and flexible availability; comfortable working 15-20 hours per week
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Receive, pack, and process domestic and international shipments following UPS guidelines and procedures
- Sort and distribute incoming mail for mailbox customers with accuracy and confidentiality
- Operate printing, copying, and scanning equipment for both small and large print jobs
- Use POS, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other store systems (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail and workspace area
- Accurately handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
