What you'll do
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect piece — jewelry, watches, or custom designs
- Build genuine relationships and provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor
- Explain product features, pricing, and services including layaway and financing options
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized display case
- Represent the Gold Time brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What we're looking for
- A positive attitude and strong people skills — this is a relationship-driven role
- Reliability and punctuality, including weekend availability
- A hunger to learn and grow — we will train the right person
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, not a requirement
