Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while actively engaging with customers to drive sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate product knowledge will be key in creating a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage; training will be provided for those without experience.
• A passion for sales and helping customers find the right products for their needs.

Hours Available : Full Time, Part Time (Morning, Afternoon / Evening)

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
