Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their retail and printing needs
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with product demos, printing services, packaging supplies, and shipping options
- Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and organizing products for easy access
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Promote upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support over the phone
- Support supervising staff by overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent service standards
Skills
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and team members
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Proven supervising experience or leadership skills to assist in daily store operations

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
