🌿 We’re Growing Our Clinical Team in Seguin, Texas
The Unscripted Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and fully licensed Texas therapist to join our growing practice as a part-time 1099 independent contractor.
This hybrid opportunity may include:
• Secure telehealth sessions
• In-person counseling at our Seguin office
• Employee assistance program referrals
• Onsite and community-based services
• Approved home-based services
• Groups, workshops, assessments, trainings, and educational programs
Clinicians may identify their preferred schedule, service settings, populations, travel area, and availability. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who values autonomy, flexibility, high-quality clinical care, and collaborative practice support.
The practice provides client referrals as available, scheduling support, billing and collections, secure EHR and telehealth systems, marketing, office space, and access to approved insurance, EAP, platform, community, and contract opportunities.
Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted Texas license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, or another independently licensed behavioral health professional. This position is for fully licensed clinicians only.
💰 Compensation is approximately $55 to $75 per completed standard therapy session. Trainings, workshops, groups, assessments, onsite assignments, and other contract-specific services may be compensated at separate flat rates.
