What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Nursing Informatics Specialist position at The University of Texas Medical Branch?
Minimum Qualifications:
Nursing Service for UTMB Health (all campus locations). May serve as a resource to ancillary patient care services departments.
In collaboration with Nursing Service, Information Services, and department-based information
resources, participates in all aspects of information technologies, methodologies, and processes in
support of the mission of Nursing Service for UTMB Health Systems, including but not limited to analysis,
design, implementation, education, and support.

- Three years of experience in a Nursing Informatics Specialist role within the recent past (two years)
- Registered Nurse, Texas
- Nursing Informatics Board Certification (ANCC)
