Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Six (6) years of experience in a technical field which includes application support focusing on user-facing engagement.
- Two (2) years in a leadership role overseeing staff and budgets.
- OR ten (10) years of any combination of education, experience, and training.
- Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Four (4) years in a leadership role overseeing staff and budgets.
- Evaluate business and technology risks and internal controls, ensuring decisions align with access governance, data protection, and information security standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical team through strategic hiring, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
- Define business outcomes and facilitate alignment with them.
- Evaluate existing and emerging technologies and tools in the selection of service offerings for the business units.
- Understands business and information technology management processes and demonstrates an advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.
- Align business and IT management processes with risk and control standards while owning service performance through defined metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
- Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with business units.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement with the business units.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
