Job Summary
The Department of Undergraduate Nursing in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation, at the University of Texas at Arlington, invites applications for a full-time APT clinical faculty position in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- Current unencumbered RN license to practice nursing in Texas
- Clinical expertise to function effectively and safely in assigned subject matter
- Prior BSN clinical teaching experience
- DNP or PhD
- Implement high quality instruction and supervision to students in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
- Evaluate student performance and contribute to curriculum improvement.
- Teach assigned courses, commensurate with experience.
- Build and maintain strong partnership with clinical agencies.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on student performance and competencies.
- Serve on departmental committees and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Uphold public standards in nursing
- Serve as a professional role model.
- Perform other duties as needed.
