The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruiting, player development, scouting, and operations. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of experience coaching volleyball; or combination of NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience; or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in similar role.
- Four (4 ) years of experience coaching volleyball at the collegiate level.
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and executing training sessions, practices, and game strategies to enhance individual and team performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective student-athletes who align with the program’s competitive and academic standards.
- Support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal development, ensuring compliance with NCAA and university requirements.
- Analyze game film and scouting reports to prepare strategic recommendations for upcoming competitions.
- Assist in coordinating team travel, equipment management, and other program operations.
- Lead or assist in organizing camps and clinics.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
