Conflict Resolution Abilities
Handle disputes with disgruntled vehicle owners calmly and professionally, seeking to resolve issues amicably.
Basic Technological Proficiency
Operate handheld devices for ticketing, use apps for tracking space availability, or work with license plate recognition systems.
Communication Skills
Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing; this may include writing reports or explaining enforcement actions.
Physical Mobility
Be able to move around different areas quickly, sometimes on foot for extended periods or through the use of our department vehicle.
Observation Skills
Keep an eye out for any unusual activity that could indicate safety concerns or require intervention from security personnel.
