MFA in Art or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience in teaching in higher education to teach in online platform.

- Instruction of assigned classes.
- Provide interim and final grades for enrolled students.
- Provide data for General Education Curriculum assessment based on student achievement in the course as needed.
- Be available to student through office hours (face to face or virtual).
- Be responsive to students and director/staff via USM email.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of the history of art and of the influence of art on culture (for Art Appreciation courses) and/or of studio practices (for studio courses).
