Position Summary | The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) seeks an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement. This position plays a critical role in advancing the mission and vision of the Division, providing comprehensive executive-level support while ensuring the efficient management and coordination of the Vice Chancellor's daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, alumni, and University leadership, to foster long-term relationships and drive the success of University Advancement's strategic initiatives. |
Minimum Qualifications | HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND THREE YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE; OR GRADUATION OR ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE IN SECRETARIAL SCIENCE, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE AND ONE YEAR OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE; OR BACHELOR'S DEGREE, PREFERABLY IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS. |
