Requisition ID req35253 Working Title Administrative Coordinator Position Grade 10 Position Summary Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and program support activities on behalf of an Associate Vice President, Associate Provost, Deputy Provost, Director, and/or comparable senior officer of the University. Serves as primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, including Board of Regents, often on complex and confidential issues. Coordinates the provision of office and staff support services to the office, and oversees and/or participates in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects and/or events. May serve on a variety of committees in a support capacity.

Conditions of Employment
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with UNM fiscal and purchasing processes and systems.
- Experience with Banner 9, Chrome River, UNMJobs, and LoboMart
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Demonstrated experience with event planning.
