Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
- Skills and duties may vary dependent upon your department or unit. Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Lead strategic initiative projects across various functional disciplines within the health system.
- Develop and execute integration plans for merging health systems.
- Develop clear project/program plans with all necessary functional areas (including project schedule, budget, scope, etc.), and identify critical milestones and deliverables.
- Responsible for meeting project/program budget targets.
- Ongoing collaboration with all functional areas throughout the project/program lifecycle to define and monitor resource requirements/constraints and communicate/resolve resource issues.
- Hold project/program kick-off, along with ongoing progress meetings to review specifications, schedule, and team roles and responsibilities, as well as program scope and budget variances.
- Present project/program status updates to senior and executive leadership.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other teams and stakeholders to align project goals and ensure successful integration outcomes.
- Identify integrations risks, develop mitigation plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide support through all phases, included post-project, to address issues/gaps, and work towards continuously improving processes.
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- 5 or more years in an operations support role
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- 1 or more years A general knowledge of business operations and process improvement
- 2 or more years leading complex projects in a health care environment
- English - Read, write, and speak
- A general knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.
