The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences is seeking a Research Intern.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage multiple study protocols, including participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, and neural/behavioral testing.
Maintain accurate research records, oversee data management/entry, and assist with IRB applications.
Supervise undergraduate research assistants and navigate resources to solve project problems independently.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, neuroscience, public health, social work, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 1 year of laboratory research experience.
Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and strict attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with EEG and data management systems (e.g., REDCap).
Experience with computer programming tools such as Matlab or Python.
