- On Campus: This position is performed fully on the campus of the University Medical Center.
- This position is full-time, 100%.
- Work Schedule: Falls between 7:30am – 5:00pm.

Qualifications | Senior Occupational Therapist | Inpatient Acute Care
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.
- 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy is required, with a high degree of understanding and skill in one or more areas of assigned responsibility.
- Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- 3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy.
- 3 years of experience in one or more assigned areas of responsibility is desired.
- Ability to practice in an autonomous manner.
- Demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in provision of patient care.
- Demonstrated effort to enhance one’s own knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Demonstrated program/service development or quality improvement projects.
