Assist with customer service requirements including answering incoming phone calls, placing outbound phone calls, directing person to person window transactions, and occasional email correspondence.
Percentage of time 50 Duties/Responsibilities
Assist ticket office staff with ticket allocation, distribution, fulfillment, and mailing.
Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities
Special project assistance as needed by full time Ticket Office staff.

Assist with training of volunteer and student employees. Involves proficiency in Paciolan, StubHub, Microsoft Office for training purposes.

This position is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers in person at the Butts-Mehre ticket window, and occasional email correspondence with current and prospective ticket buyers. Assisting the Director and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations with various projects including, but not limited to, season and single game ticket allocations, fulfilling ticket requests, and mailing ticket orders. Additional responsibilities will include Paciolan ticketing system proficiency, customer record confidentiality, familiarity with athletic venues and parking regulations, and StubHub integration support.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position
Depending on departmental requirements, high school diploma or equivalent may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Reading and writing business correspondence and communicating proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. Working independently and handle multiple tasks. This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
