Position will be field support for Sial lab during field season and work in Alma, GA. There is a lab vehicle you can utilize from the Research Farm, but you are responsible for getting yourself to and from the farm (located in Alma, GA). Employee will work with researchers and independently to set up field experiments and collect data on various projects. Please note this is outside work and temperatures may be extreme.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position
Background in Entomology/Biology or related field a plus, but not mandatory
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
Able to work long hours in the field.
Physical Demands
Outside work, and temperatures may be extreme. Driving as needed.
