Responsibilities
Teach up to 9 credit hours following the course curriculum in compliance with the Department of Modern Languages requirements and the course learning objectives. Develop lesson plans and assignments based on provided course syllabus. Update course information on Brightspace or other approved LMS. Grade assignments and provide feedback for the purpose of possible revision. Maintain the gradebook in Brightspace so that students are aware of their grades throughout the semester. Respond to emails from students and the University administration. Maintain office hours or another method of allowing students in their classes to meet with them.
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Spanish or Bachelors with 18 credits of graduate work in Spanish and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous collegiate teaching experience.
