- 30% Provide instruction to athletes regarding specific football techniques for the purpose of preparing and developing the players in assigned area.
- 25% Assist with the recruitment initiatives of the department by encouraging talented student athletes to enroll in the University's football program.
- 25% Monitor and promotes the academic progress of student athletes. Assist with the football program's public relations and fundraising initiatives.
- 10% Coordinate numerous practices, meetings, summer camps, summer jobs and other special activities necessary for executing a successful football program.
- 10% Established and enforces departmental policies while collaborating with coaches and staff to implement new game plans and developmental programs.
