What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and grow our family ministries
- Equip and lead volunteers
- Support and resource parents
- Plan events that foster intergenerational faith
- Lead confirmation and children’s programming
- Partner with our Preschool, Outreach, and Fine Arts ministries
- Ensure Safe Sanctuary training and compliance
- Be part of worship and church-wide life
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in youth/family ministry, education, or a related field
- College degree strongly preferred
- Skilled in team building and tech-savvy
- Aligned with the mission and values of the United Methodist Church
