The Part Time Service Assistant plays a crucial dual role in ensuring smooth operations across Nighthawk. This position combines responsibilities of a Server Assistant and a Barback, supporting service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences through efficient table maintenance, restocking, cleanliness, and bar preparation. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with customer contact.

Key Responsibilities:
Dining Room Support
- Assist by clearing tables during and after guest departure
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, side stations, and service areas
- Support the setup and breakdown of service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Restock bar with liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other supplies
- Ensure bar stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked during service
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Friday and Saturday evening availability required.
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality required.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette preferred.
- Ability to maintain and pass Alcohol Safety certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to remember, recite, and promote the entire variety of exciting menu items
- Ability to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.
