What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional front-desk support
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule service appointments
- Create and manage repair orders, invoices, and customer records
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Handle file management to ensure accurate and accessible documentation
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (payments, receipts, and data entry)
- Process electronic claims submissions (warranties, service contracts, or insurance)
- Communicate updates between technicians and customers
- Process payments and assist with daily financial tracking
- Support the team with general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or customer service experience preferred
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
