Property Beautification Projects
- Perform early morning cleaning and enhancement tasks to maintain the hotel’s visual appeal.
- Power wash walkways, entrances, and designated exterior areas as scheduled.
- Wash windows and glass surfaces in public areas and exterior façades.
- Conduct daily rounds of the property to ensure cleanliness and order.
- Remove debris, trash, and any hazards from outdoor spaces.
- Maintain landscaping areas by reporting issues to the appropriate department.
- Wash and detail hotel vehicles as needed.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for guest or operational use.
- Assist with moving furniture, carpet cleaning in rooms and meeting spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for housekeeping support.
- Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including storage rooms and service corridors.
- Handle trash removal and recycling from public areas and designated stations.
- Follow all safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
- Ability to operate power washing equipment and other cleaning tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible and reliable with early morning availability.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
