Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Server Support, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will act as the bridge between the kitchen and the front of house, ensuring that food is delivered promptly, accurately, and with a smile. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will support our servers and culinary TEAM, contributing to a lively, guest-focused atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back for more. Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver prepared food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Support the culinary team by communicating special requests or dietary needs from guests to ensure personalized service.
- Help with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing under the guidance of kitchen staff when needed.
- Maintain food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Experience
- Previous Clubhouse experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and basic food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Experience with POS systems such as Jonas is advantageous but training will be provided.
- Knowledge of banquet service, bussing, or kitchen operations can be beneficial for supporting various aspects of restaurant service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for delivering outstanding guest service.
