We are a fast growing swimwear brand based in Miami seeking a serious, responsible, and creative individual to join our team as a part-time Content Creator / Social Media Manager.
This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founder and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling a brand through social media. You will learn how content drives growth, how to identify trends, and how to create high-performing content across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Create and post content consistently on TikTok and Instagram
Film content both independently and alongside our founder Almma
Edit short-form videos (UGC style, trending formats, voiceovers, etc.)
Develop and execute content ideas aligned with current trends
Design simple graphics using Canva when needed
Assist with creative direction and content planning
Occasionally conduct street-style interviews or on-location content shoots
Requirements:
Must be based in Miami and available in-person a few times per week
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends
Comfortable being on camera and creating content
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Proactive, with the ability to bring ideas and take initiative
Interest in fashion, swimwear, or lifestyle content is a plus
