Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media presence. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage daily content creation, posting, and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create engaging text, image, and video content
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve campaigns
- Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all social channels
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (entry-level roles may require less)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Video editing and short-form content creation skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content and influencer marketing, and digital advertising
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
