The Tree Farm is a new destination private golf club in Batesburg, South Carolina. It is the vision of PGA Tour player and golf architecture enthusiast Zac Blair. The routing of the golf course was completed by world renowned golf course architect Tom Doak and the design of the course, and all its features was completed by Kye Goalby and his team of shapers.

The Tree Farm is a private boutique golf club with a membership that puts a premium on impeccable daily conditioning throughout the golfing season. Annual rounds played will range from 12,000-15,000. The club will be closed from June 21-Early September on a yearly basis to complete cultural practices and miscellaneous course improvement projects.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages to guests promptly. The Server will ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience through attentive and friendly service

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Ensure that tables are clean and properly set for new guests.
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including side stations and dining areas.

Requirements

Minimum:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and handling of transactions and making change

Preferred:

• Certification from a hospitality or culinary program.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and current dining trends.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
