Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Manage checking guests in upon entry
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette to assist with reservations and inquiries
- Maintain organized front desk
- Communicate effectively with management to ensure seamless guest service flow
