Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center (required)
- CDA Credential (Child Development Associate) required
- Experience working with infants or toddlers
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Ability to maintain compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing Minimum Standards
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Must have flexible availability to work between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Schedule will vary based on the center’s operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, high-quality care and supervision.
- Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
