Senior Experiential Producer

Are there any specific metrics or qualifications you'd find particularly valuable for this role? For example:

• Typical and largest production budgets managed  - this role can be leading a complicated 500k with a luxury client where every $ counts, or they can be leading a several million one, given it is a senior role.
• Team leadership (employees, freelancers, onsite staff) - this role will always have a coordinator and intern with them, and yes, they may manage freelancers too
• Multi-channel production experience (live, hybrid, digital, video) this is IRL (live) production role
• Vendor and venue negotiations - a true must
• Luxury, hospitality, beauty, travel, or technology client experience - a true must
• National vs. international production experience - doesn't have to be international, but it is very important they grew up agency side, and they come from agencies that are like Gradient 
• Production software (Asana, Smartsheet, Airtable, etc.) - Asana but not a must to know

I also had a few questions about the role itself that would help me better calibrate the search:

• Is this primarily a player-coach position where the individual is expected to personally lead and execute projects, or more of a leadership role overseeing multiple programs and teams? Personally lead
• Will this person have direct reports? If so, approximately how many? No direct reports; we are a flat org
• What types of clients or industries will this person primarily support? This person would maybe oversee 3 projects at a time, one in post, one in pre, and one activating - industries are a mix of beauty, luxury, fashion, spirits, lifestyle
• Approximately what size budgets and project complexity should we be targeting? 500-1 million - usually a little complex just because of the types of clients we have
• Finally, if we were having this conversation one year after someone started, what would make you say, "We made an outstanding hire"? They came in and knew how experiential works and how higher-end clients work. They are adaptable, organised, level-headed, and enthusiastic about this industry,
