Duties
- Install, repair, and replace tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Conduct tire rotations, balancing, alignments, and pressure checks to maintain safety standards.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs to keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Assist customers by explaining services needed, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly handle heavy lifting tasks safely during tire installations and repairs.
- Support shop maintenance routines to uphold high standards of automotive service quality.
Skills
- Automotive repair experience.
- Mechanical knowledge, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, alignments, and tire services.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with automotive service procedures and sales techniques is a plus.
