Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator, Content Operations to run the day-to-day content workflow for The Timepiece Collection. This is a hands on role focused on keeping our weekly marketing cadence moving across social and email, coordinating assets and approvals, supporting basic website content updates, and producing in-house creatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, sales team, and brand partners. This person should be flexible and open to supporting evolving marketing needs as priorities shift.
Responsibilities:
Content operations and coordination
- Build and maintain a content calendar across launches, preowned, services, and in store moments.
- Collect assets and information from brand portals, then package everything ready to publish.
- Manage the approval cycle, follow ups, versioning, and deadlines so content does not stall.
- Maintain an organized asset library.
Social media execution
- Support publishing across Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, with support for TikTok and YouTube as priorities allow.
- Capture in store images and video to support weekly launches, preowned highlights, watch service, and store moments.
In house creative production, design and video
- Create and maintain a template system using Adobe and Canva, and coordinate higher complexity design needs with our designer.
- Produce production assets for content across stories, reels covers, and feed posts, including resizing, layout edits, exports, and versioning.
- Edit short form videos weekly for Reels and Stories using CapCut or Premiere Pro, including subtitles, cover frames, and correct format exports.
Email marketing execution
- Build and schedule email blasts for holidays, events, launches, and preowned highlights using templates and product blocks.
- Suggest improvements and new template ideas for email layout and modules, then implement approved updates.
Website content support
- Support website content updates including banners and featured product lists for launches.
- Coordinate with the website partner for updates as needed and QA what goes live
- Magento familiarity is a plus.
Copy support
- Draft captions, email copy, and story copy using internal tone guidelines.
Skills:
- 2 to 3 years experience in content production, social media content, or a similar role, portfolio preferred.
- Production design skills in Adobe and Canva, able to manage templates, resizing, exports, and versioning.
- Short form video editing skills, CapCut required, Premiere Pro a plus.
- Experience building and scheduling marketing emails.
- Familiarity with technology and AI related content is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems is a plus.
- Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables and deadlines.
- Excellent English writing and verbal skills.
- Comfortable working in a luxury retail environment and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Watches interest is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
