Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Rutherford, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand presence through innovative campaigns and effective communication strategies. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
• Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content to increase audience engagement.
• Write compelling copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
• Coordinate marketing communications to effectively support product launches, promotions, and events.
• Create visually appealing graphic designs for digital and print media.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
• Assist in planning and organizing marketing events to promote brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain and update marketing materials to reflect current branding and messaging.
• Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign creation and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
• Knowledge of marketing communication strategies and best practices.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
