We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Independent Contractors (1099) to join our fast growing team as Event Attendants. This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fun, fast paced environments while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 1099 Indenpendent Contractors ( Non- Employee )This role is not and employment position. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, transportation, and scheduling availability. RESPONSIBLITIES: Pick up and drop off equipmentSet up and break down equipmentProvide exceptional guest interaction and customer serviceMaintain a professional and polished appearanceAssist guest with event experiences and featuresEnsure equipment is handled safely and properlyRepresent the brand positively at all eventsCommunicate effectively before, during, and after eventCapture set up and during event content QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor and appearancePunctual and dependableAbility to work evenings and weekendsPrior event, hospitality , or customer service experience prferredComfortable working with guest of all agesAbility to transport yourself, booths, and equipment in spacious reliable vehicle CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the U.SMust provide own insured transportationMust be willing to sign an Independent Contractor AgreementResponsible for personal tax reporting (1099 issued annually) COMPENSATION: Paid per event / per hour (based on experience)Opportunity for recurring bookingsFlexible SchedulingPaid parking, tolls, miles, etc. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all contractors.
