We are looking for an entry level Civil Staff Engineer for our Bridgeport, WV location in the following areas: Water Resources, Energy, Aviation, and Land Development. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions.
- Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Conduct research and analysis to solve engineering challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- EI/EIT certification (desired but not required).
- 0 -3 years of relevant experience
- Software experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Civil 3D (desired but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to participate in periodic day travel (required).
