Our Client, an International Service Organization, is adding a Senior Financial Systems Accountant/Analyst to their team…In this role you will maintain the general ledger accuracy and add efficiency to the financial reporting process, some specific duties include.Analyze general ledger accounts Reconcile accounts for accuracy in IFRS, US GAAP, and Regulatory ReportingMaintain SAP global data is accurate and meets all related deliverablesResolve balancing issuesIdentify areas for improvementPost journal entries and review suspense and out of balance accountsPerform variance analysis vs plan and prior yearAssist in report creating and designProvide training to internal customers as necessaryAssist with special projects when assigned.Experience Requirements and Preferences:B.S. in Accounting Some Information Systems or IT Education or Training is preferredCPA is a plus3 years of corporate accounting experience with Regulatory, US GAAP, and IFRS reporting – with a strong general ledger systems aptitude and demonstrating a technical focus in the areas of experience required as noted above.Advanced knowledge of Excel.SAP system experience preferredCognos TM1 and Power BI is a plus.Ability to be in the office in a Hybrid ScheduleExcellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonalAbility to problem-solve, and meet time-tables and deadlines, and prioritize deliverables.
