The attorney will be responsible for drafting estate-planning documents, counseling clients regarding their estate-planning needs, and overseeing the proper execution of wills and related legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents.
- Advise clients regarding estate-planning matters and available legal options.
- Supervise and facilitate the execution of wills and related legal documents.
- Review client information and documentation to identify appropriate estate-planning strategies.
- Respond to client questions and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
- Perform administrative functions associated with the practice of law.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client and firm information.
- Provide responsive, client-focused service throughout the estate-planning process.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active and in-good-standing admission to practice law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
- Detailed knowledge of wills and estate law.
- Strong knowledge of trusts and estate planning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, legal research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage matters and competing priorities in a remote work environment.
- Strong client-service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to actively listen, synthesize information, and provide sound legal advice based on professional judgment and knowledge of the law.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and firm matters.
Salary: $105,000 annually
