The Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting the firm's corporate attorneys in a full-time capacity. - Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation to assist in drafting, organizing, and filing legal documents and correspondence.
- Strong skills in Document Review and Research to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for legal document preparation and research.
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred, along with prior experience in a legal or corporate environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment on-site in New Haven, CT.
