This role serves as a key liaison to Finance and HR, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all programming budgets and expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze programming budgets, forecasts, and closeout reports
- Track expenses and identify cost savings or variances
- Process payments, manage vendor communication, and oversee financial workflows
- Maintain budget templates and coordinate across departments
- Support payroll submissions, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with union requirements, contracts, and royalties (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC)
- Assist with cash handling, credit card reviews, and petty cash tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Arts Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of budgeting/financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills; experience with financial systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
