Safety Services Representative
Pay: $17-18/hr. (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

As a Safety Services Representative, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our students and drivers meet the highest safety and compliance standards. What You’ll Do:

• Process Applications: Review and verify student and driver applications, ensuring all required documentation (e.g., Motor Vehicle Records, background checks, employment history) is complete and accurate.
• Conduct Compliance Tasks: Administer drug, alcohol, and hair testing for students and drivers in accordance with federal regulations.
• Maintain Records: Enter and update applicant information in our database with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Follow up with applicants via phone and email, request missing documents, and notify clients about expiring credentials.
• Prepare Reports: Generate accurate weekly reports and process employment verification requests efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of office experience, including data entry.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases (experience with CRM or applicant tracking systems a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Great communication and customer service skills to work with diverse applicants and team members.
• Knowledge of the trucking or transportation industry is preferred.
• High professionalism and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
