Tecma Transportation Services, LLC is seeking experienced OTR CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our growing transportation team. With more than 20 years in the trucking industry and continuous company growth, we are looking for professional and reliable drivers to operate across multiple lanes nationwide. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting flatbed freight while maintaining compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Work Schedule: Full-time OTR routes with multiple lane assignments.

Key Responsabilities:

• Operate a CDL Class A flatbed truck for Over-the-Road (OTR) routes.
• Safely transport and secure loads according to flatbed safety standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and cargo.
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery across multiple routes.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• CDL Class A license required
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable trucking experience
• Flatbed driving experience required
• Strong commitment to safety and on-time delivery
• Ability to travel OTR and manage multiple lanes
  
  
  

Compensation:

• $0.50 per mile (loaded)
• $0.35 per mile (empty)
