The Taylor Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our fast-paced personal injury law firm. This position is ideal for someone with prior personal injury experience who thrives in a structured, high-accountability environment and can effectively assist with workflow management, administrative support, and operational coordination across departments.

Location: Douglasville, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask efficiently, and capable of maintaining professionalism in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks across multiple departments
• Monitor workflow completion and assist with task management
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and operational follow-up
• Assist with auditing files, reports, and internal compliance procedures
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure workflow efficiency
• Track deadlines, pending assignments, and operational deficiencies
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal follow-ups
• Ensure policies and procedures are being followed consistently
• Assist management with special projects and operational initiatives
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury law firm experience REQUIRED
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with case management software preferred (CasePeer experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
