What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Field Coordinator position at The Tammy Register Team - eXp Realty?
Overview
Keep a top real estate team's listings looking sharp across our communities. This is a hands-on, field-based job, not a sales role, and you do not need real estate experience to get started. You start and end each day at our Pine Level office and drive a company vehicle on local routes in between.
What you will do
- Put up and take down yard signs, directional signs, riders, and lockboxes, following each builder's sign rules
- Drive a weekly route to visit every active listing and check signage, condition, and presentation
- Photograph homes under construction each week and upload the pictures the same day
- Inspect finished homes before buyers see them and report anything that needs attention
- Track field inventory (signs, lockboxes, open house kits), run monthly counts, and request restocks
- Set up and take down open houses, and help with team and builder events
- Send an end-of-day report showing what you finished and what still needs attention
- Step in as occasional backup for a builder walkthrough with a buyer when the assigned agent or representative cannot attend
What success looks like
The physical work is only half the job. The other half is documentation and follow-through: keeping inventory records current, uploading photos on time, reporting property issues, and sending your daily recap without being reminded. If you take pride in finishing every part of a task and keeping clear records, you will do well here. This is not the right job for someone who dislikes routine reporting or needs to be chased to close things out.
What we're looking for
- Reliable and self-directed. You run your own day and hit deadlines without being chased.
- Organized. You keep clear records and log your work as you go.
- Comfortable with a phone or tablet for photos, uploads, and simple digital reports.
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors year-round.
- A strong fit if you come from field service, route or delivery driving, retail merchandising, property maintenance, sign installation, or military logistics.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, a clean and insurable driving record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- North Carolina real estate license strongly preferred, but not required to apply.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Benefits:
