Responsibilities
- Assist potential tenants in viewing our newest property located in Raleigh, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Conduct thorough property checks at the beginning and end of your shift to make sure that any issues are noted and promptly reported back to management.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with all potential tenants and instruct them on the application process and next steps to becoming a tenant in the building.
- Manage and coordinate effectively with management on all potential applications
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively across various channels
- Build strong client rapport through personalized communication, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the real estate industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some knowledge of fair housing regulations would be helpful
- Organizational skills with experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships
