Job Overview:
HIRING - but probably not what you think. Real talk: I need help showing homes since I can’t be in two places at once. Crazy right? So I’m hiring a Showing Partner for Living NC Real Estate and this is a dream gig for the right licensed NC agent.
Here’s the deal: You love showing homes. You love people. You love that little dopamine hit when a buyer walks in and says “this is the one.”
But you do NOT love:→ Finding leads, cold-calling, door knocking, etc.→ Negotiating contracts→ Building a personal brand→ Posting reels at 10pm→ Chasing transactions through closingCool. Because I already do all of that.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes to my pre-qualified buyers (evenings weekends included - that’s the job).
- Be a true extension of me and the Living NC brand.
- Walk homes with a sharp eye - HVAC age, crawl space peek, roof line, the steep driveway, the power lines out back, the stuff buyers miss when they’re swooning over the kitchen.
- Point out the good AND the not-so-good, honestly.
- Make my buyers feel like the most important people in the world (because they are).
